You hereby agree to pay in full the prices (including, without limitation, all applicable taxes) for any orders placed using your User Account(s) (or any orders placed as a guest).

You are responsible for any taxes imposed on any transactions conducted on or in connection with this Site and applicable taxes will be added to the amount charged for the applicable transaction on this Site.

Your use of this Site includes the ability to enter into agreements and/or to make purchases electronically. You acknowledge that your electronic submissions constitute your agreement and intent to be bound by and to pay for such agreements and purchases. Your agreement and intent to be bound by electronic submissions applies to all records relating to all transactions you enter into on this Site, including without limitation and to the full extent allowed by law, notices of cancellation, policies, contracts, and applications.

Your placed order will be processed immediately; cancellations and changes cannot be made once the order has been submitted. If your order is for a future date, changes can be submitted in advance and leading to your order date within 2 hours of expected delivery and/or pick-up.

By using this Site, you represent, warrant and covenant that: (a) you are 18 years of age or older; (b) your use of this Site does not violate any applicable law, rule or regulation and you shall comply with all of the terms and conditions set forth herein; and (c) all information, including, without limitation, payment information (e.g., credit card, debit card information, etc.), you submit is truthful and accurate and you shall maintain and promptly update the accuracy of such information, as applicable. If you provide information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or Pizza Al Forno suspects that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, Pizza Al Forno has the right to suspend or terminate your registration (in whole or in part) and/or refuse any and all current or future use of this Site (or any portion thereof) by you, in its sole discretion, with or without notice to you, and without liability or obligation to you or any third party.

Applicable taxes, bottle deposit & delivery charges are not included in price. Transactions made by credit or debit card are subject to a surcharge. Product, pricing, hours of operation & participation may vary by location & are subject to change without notice. Should there be any discrepancies between print & online pricing and/or product availability, prices and/or product availability specified online will be considered correct & applicable. Products may not appear exactly as shown. Delivery service hours as listed. Minimum $25 delivery order conditions apply. Free delivery applies within a 3km radius, subject to additional charges beyond 3km. Some vegetable pizza toppings may contain pits. Due to baking quality, limit of 10 toppings per pizza.

Allergy Alert

Pizza Al Forno takes great care in the preparation of our gluten/allergen free products & have processes in place to prevent cross contamination, but we unfortunately cannot guarantee a 100% gluten/allergen free environment. Pizza Al Forno Inc, its franchisees & employees do not assume responsibility for a particular sensitivity or allergy to any food provided in our restaurants.

If you are not satisfied with the quality of an item in your order, or you are missing an item from your order, or you are delivered the wrong item, we offer one of two resolutions depending on whether the item in issue is large or small. Pizza Al Forno drivers are not responsible for determining whether you are eligible for a replacement or a refund. Please contact the Pizza Al Forno location that you placed your order from to voice your complaint and for Pizza Al Forno to consider your eligibility for a replacement or a refund. Pizza Al Forno reserves the sole and unfettered discretion to determine whether an item constitutes a large item or a small item.

Large Items

If the item is a large item, such as pizza, pasta, wings, salads or deserts etc., we will replace the item. Products which are replaced are not subject to a delivery fee or applicable taxes and will be replaced as soon as is practical. In the event that you are not satisfied with the replacement product, Pizza Al Forno may in its sole and unfettered discretion, elect to send another replacement product or grant you a credit equal to the value of the item in question.

Small Items

For smaller items such as dipping sauce, beverages or snack items, Pizza Al Forno will provide a credit for use on your next order equal to the value of the item as stated on Pizza Al Forno’s current menu.

Restrictions

Pizza Al Forno’s Return and Refund Policy applies to orders placed within Pizza Al Forno’s hours of operation. Orders placed in the last hour of operation, or complaints made in the last hour of operation, may be dealt with the next day and will be resolved by the issuance of a replacement or credit.

Pizza Al Forno reserves the right to decline a refund or replacement, or both, at any time and for any reason whatsoever in its sole discretion including, but not limited to, inclement weather, technical problems or restaurant related issues. Pizza Al Forno will determine any dispute as to the applicability of a replacement or refund in its sole and unfettered discretion.

In order to be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must call our location at which the food product was ordered, and Pizza Al Forno must receive a complaint on the day the order is placed, and within 1 hour of food being received of that particular day, otherwise Pizza Al Forno will not be obligated to honour the refund and replacement. Pizza Al Forno reserves the right to request that you prove your purchase with a copy of your receipt. If Pizza Al Forno requests a copy of your receipt, and you neglect or refuse to produce the same, Pizza Al Forno will not be obligated to honour the refund or replacement.

Any credits given may be used on the next order placed with Pizza Al Forno and may not be used on the order resulting in the credit and may not be converted to cash or other consideration. Credits must be used within 30 days of the date they are granted, or they will become null and void and will no longer be available to be used by the customer. The 30-day period begins to run on the next day immediately after the day the credit was granted, whether or not that next day is a business day. In the event that the credit expires, the customer will not be entitled to any further compensation for that specific purchase.

At Pizza Al Forno, we respect your privacy and are committed to protecting the personal information that you entrust to us. Our Privacy Policy describes the type of information we collect, how we use that information, and the security measures that we put in place to protect it. We also outline how to contact us should you have any questions about our Privacy Policy or if you wish to remove your personal information from our customer database.

Each time you place an order with Pizza Al Forno, we collect the personal information that is required to help process and fulfill your pizza order. This personal information includes your name, phone number, address, and the details of the Pizza Al Forno products and services you are ordering.

Your personal information is stored in our customer database to help us serve you better in the future. We recognize that there are important order and delivery details we need to make note of to ensure we can continually serve you better. Our goal is to make your experience of ordering pizza as easy and enjoyable as possible. We also maintain a recent purchase history of the products and services you buy and from time to time we may analyze this information to better understand your needs and preferences. In addition, we may occasionally call you to ask for your feedback in an effort to ensure you are happy with the products and service you are receiving.

We retain your personal information in our customer database and we utilize security measures to keep your information safe. We will not share or sell any of your personal information to another company, with the exception of companies that we partner with to manage one of the tasks described within this policy. Any company that we partner with has an obligation to keep the information completely confidential and will not use or disclose your information for any purpose other than those identified in this policy.

Personal information is retained in our customer database for customers who have placed orders in the last 24 months, after which it is permanently deleted.
